This morning there may be no topic more important to us than bringing peace to our world, nation, family and soul. We hope that we are beginning to experience life transforming peace when we see Jesus (Jn 12:20; Is 9:6). What he stood for and offers is diametrically opposed to the pseudo-peace of this world (Jn 14:27; 16:33; Jer 6:13-16).
Jesus’ peace comes with a price tag—the cross (Eph 2:14-18), but has the power to transform us from the inside out (Jam 4:1-7) and discover that it is well with our soul.
