I, like so many believers, love the Gospel of John as it underscores the importance of believing (Jn 20:30). The Gospel revolves around 7 signs, each designed to help deepen our belief:
Sign 1: Changing Water to Wine (Jn 2:1-11)
Sign Two: Healing Official’s Son (Jn 4:42-54)
Sign Three: Healing Paralized Man by Pool (Jn 5:3-8)
Sign 4: Feeding the 5,000 (Jn 6:9-14)
Sign Five: Walking on Water (Jn 6:16-21)
Sign 6: Man Born Blind (Jn 9:1-7)
Sign 7: Raising Lazarus from the Dead (Jn 11:38-44)
And one last verse that sums it all up…the gospel according to John:
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
