These sessions are designed to help people address psychological health by utilizing their Christian faith, and vice versa. The main premises are:

  • Things like depression and anxiety are not caused by a lack of faith.
  • Emotional and psychological issues can impede our relationship with Jesus.

Each month, we review topics and cover techniques to learn how we integrate these two aspects of our life. These sessions are more like a group of people sitting around a dinner table rather than a lecture or a class. We aim for a lot of group participation.

We meet on the first Monday of every month.

Hosted by Tim Murray and colleagues from Regent University.   Doors open at 5:45
